Top photo (from Decatur High School yearbook) taken in early 1960's looking towards old Court House. You can see Shell gas station on corner where Chick-fil-a is now, also you can see city hall,Belk Gallant ( now Eddie's Attic), Decatur Theatre (behind telephone pole), old court house. Across street from city hall was another gas station.
Bottom photo taken from almost same spot Jan 2012. Could that be the same tree next to sidewalk ??
