Ponce is designed to expand upon an existing office building, with which
it will share a 400-plus-space parking deck that was the crux of
neighbors' contentions. "(The project) is designed to be consistent with
the vision of the Decatur Strategic Plan," a Carter website post reads.
"It will bring vibrancy to the downtown area, in addition to
significant contributions to the tax base of the city."
