Mitchell Anderson, owner of the very popular Midtown
restaurant MetroFresh, will sign his new cookbook, “Food and Thought,” in two
stores of The Cook’s Warehouse:

Anderson, a former actor on Doogie Howser MD and Party
of Five, began his second career in 2002, apprenticing for “Souper Jenny”
Levison before opening MetroFresh in 2005.

recipes from his popular restaurant and half musings and thoughts on food,
business, family and current events. You will love
