    I used Park now pay by cell on November 17, 2008 and STILL received a ticket. I received what I thought was confirmation. Is there any way I can get this ticket waived without going to the court date?

    First thing I would do is call city of Decatur, They might wave the ticket fee... after all it's Christmas time.
