Is Decatur ready for some new Art Work ?



The art work on Church St. needs some updated art work, maybe they could get the guy who did
Robert Mitchum on the Krog Street Tunnel to do something new.

    we used to have a similar underpass, and each year the HS seniors were allowed to paint it for homecoming using their "class theme".
