You’ll see a live demonstration of steel knife forging, assembling, sharpening and engraving, then sit down to enjoy a sampling of Japanese hors d’oeuvres and sake tasting hosted by Mary Moore and Don Hackett. You’ll have an opportunity to talk with the knife masters and learn first-hand about the centuries old tradition of knife and sword making. We’ll have special offers on Kikuichi knives and you can have yours engraved on the spot by the engraving master. Register today for this unique opportunity to meet these knife masters and witness the time honored art of Japanese knife forging. |
