Streetscape Update:
CMES, Inc. has finished new sidewalks and driveways in front of Intown Autocare and is working streetscape and storm drainage improvements in front of Mescalito’s Cantina, Oakhurst Dry Cleaners and Mojo Pizza. Georgia Power will be installing new street lights as well.
Work on a new storm sewer line across Oakview Road was delayed until Atlanta Gas Light could relocate a 4-inch gas line. The new storm line was installed this week. Catch basins and junction boxes will be built next week to complete the drainage system.
Brick pavers for accessible ramps are being installed and granite will
be laid in a circular pattern to complete the paving in Harmony Park.
New benches and litter containers have been delivered and will be placed
throughout the project area.
