The Glen Theatre in these color photos was a Born Again Church.
And today(bottom picture) the theatre building is a Pawn Shop.
note: This is sort of what happened to The Decatur Theatre before it was torn down, it became a Church.
I'm still looking for a photo of that. (hint)
