The Steel Wheels are a high energy Americana and roots folk act from Harrisonburg, Virginia. Their recent album, Red Wing, broke into the top 10 on the Americana music charts. They also have received a lot of attention for the yearly bicycle tour that they do--- most recently they completed a 10 day tour of Michigan, completely by bicycle (no support vehicles--just bikes and trailers and a lot of muscle).
