located on East Howard Ave. will not renew their lease and is looking for a new location.
I guess the lease went way way up because of all the new the townhomes at East Howard Place that are now under development, or maybe the land owner has much bigger plans.

How very sad. Another great little place gentrification out . What made Decatur great was the small business communityand all the wonderful peopleI who live there seems like it's all going away It's more for rich folks only,now. Too bad.
