The nearly century-oldClermont Motor Hotel officially reopens Thursday as Hotel Clermont following a private re-launch event Wednesday.Oliver Hospitality in 2013 acquired the former motor lodge and apartment building that first opened in 1924, at 789 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, for $2.3 million.
Millions have been spent painstakingly revitalizing the property, and it shows.
