NEW! Ageless Grace – Tuesdays, Thursdays, kicked off today with 5 enrolled today in the dance studio, join in the seated dance and fitness movement with Sandy
NEW! Yoga – Mondays, Fridays, So far 5 are signed up for the seated class on Monday which will start next week on Jan 27 with Mariam
NEW! Watercolor & Tea,
Thursdays, started last week with 2 enrolled and several more desired
for a full class w/Sylvia. Bring a mug for tea and your
paints/brushes/paper.NEW! Lunch & Learn – Fridays, kicks off Friday Jan 24 @1130, free and open to the public. Bring a lunch and pop in for the 30-minute health & wellness demo: Making Green Smoothies with Jennifer.
